National MS Society
SexyNurd Productions presents Superuckus ‘11, a fundraising event
to benefit the National MS Society, Oregon Chapter. Superuckus ‘11 will showcase true stories of people using humor to cope with difficult situations, including the autobiographical solo show, SexyNurd. This public event will be held on Thursday, December 8 and Friday, December 9 at 7:00pm at The Woods, 6637 SE Milwaukie Avenue in Portland. Tickets are $20 each and
are available at www.superuckus.com. The event’s headliner, auGi, is a veteran of Hollywood’s Improv, The Second City, and has appeared on
NBC’s Last Comic Standing, Portland’s Mortified and Live Wire! He will be performing his hit one‐man show, SexyNurd: Rockstar Trapped in a Nurd’s Body. “My mom was diagnosed with MS when I was ten years old,” said auGi. “Despite her physical challenges, she maintained a great sense of humor and always laughed at my antics. She’d say, ‘Oh, auGi Pooh, you should be a comedian.’ Thing is, I didn’t want to be a comedian—I wanted to be a rock star—and that’s the genesis of SexyNurd. Whatever my dream, Mom encouraged me to keep walking towards it, even
when she no longer could.”
